I am very disappointed with the support from Notifs. I have been waiting for more than a week for my template approval and sent multiple emails, but I haven’t received any proper response. The app itself looks useful, but without timely support and clear communication, it’s impossible to rely on. I hope the team improves their customer service and becomes more responsive.

After the payment app is not working even not getting any support and reply. Also, templates are not approved after 4 months.

Great application, easy to use, the apps works perfectly and customers got the order confirmation notification on time.

Works Great For Indian Merchant . Rishab was proactive enough to solve the issues and i could use the app . Recommended For SMS Notification.

Really bad application. Frauds. I paid for the credits & it just vanished. They've charged me & never gave the credits to the account. Frauds. They should be banned
