Amazing app. It does everything I used to have to do manually. It takes such a load off me. Very simple and intuitive to use. The staff is great too. I had an issue and they jumped right on it. Definite 5 stars on this one.

The customer service with this app is personal, professional and efficient. It is also very quick. I had some issues with setting my currency correctly for my region and the queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Terrible app with harmful presets. If you agree to the 'terms and conditions', then you'll be authorizing this app to send pre-fabricated, poorly formatted emails (without any prior notification) to your entire email list. This app doesn't respect the user and takes ridiculous liberties using the shared data from your Shopify store. Stay far away.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. It has been such a pleasure working with this team - especially Jesse and Mrunal. This is a completely different experience to what I have had with other email marketing apps, the process was extremely smooth and professional and any queries or concerns I had were very quickly answered or solved. Jesse was super responsive and really made it a stress free and enjoyable experience. Affordable solution, customer service is very good and the automated e-mails are a life-saver for smaller businesses who might not have a copywriter to manually create newsletters often.

I was experiencing some challenges with finding my subscriber list as I'd updated my email/profile settings. I luckily had Sourabh helping me out and I'm really glad I did - he was very responsive, even went as so far as to ring me to make sure I was set up correctly and now everything is good to go. best of all, I thought I'd lost my newsletter template draft but it was right there.
