I never leave reviews so for me to leave one is a big deal - even bigger deal when it comes to five stars! Smart notifications has nailed our biggest pain point which other apps lacked the capabilities to do. The option to send a PDF attachment for order fulfilment to our 3PL warehouse has saved me hours of manual order processing. On top of that, Kieran has been outstanding! He’s been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond. When the default template wasn’t enough, he lended his wealth of knowledge to make my life easier! I honestly recommend getting this app and paying for the top plan because the benefit are outstanding!

The reason for a 3 star is because we feel that the price of the app is high compared to what is available in the market. Sadly, after over a year of using this app we have decided to move over to report pundit, much cheaper and a million more features.

App does EXACTLY what I needed without extra webhooks or previous coding knowledge. Customer service is fast and very friendly. highly recommend for anyone looking to automate and optimize their business. (I use another app orderly emails to design my emails)

Before finding this app, I was emailing customers manually with booking information. Thanks to Smart Order Notifications once an order is placed the customer automatically receives an email with booking instructions. In addition, the service provider also receives an email with the customers contact info. This process as saved me so much time on the backend and also adds more of a tech feel to the ordering process. Kieran in customer support is very responsive and has been very helpful getting things set up! I am so happy to have found this app!
