I have been using the free version of this app for a few months. It's quite easy to set up and does exactly what I was looking for. Recently, our customers let us know that they couldn't download our files on their Android phones, as the "download" button was not visible. I couldn't solve the problem myself, so I contacted support and they responded within a few minutes and solved the problem right away. I am very thankful for their help, despite me using the free version. Would recommend if you are a small business and looking to share files with customers!

Very good product and reasonable pricing! Only issue is a slight visual bug: When we have to send users a direct download link, it brings them to a page where the download link for the file is white text on a white rectangle background, and the hit-target for the link to download is only the lowest line of text, not the entire white box. So the users frequently get back in touch saying "where exactly do I download it?" But if the team can address that bug, I'd give it 5 stars. EDIT: The customer service team at Sky Pilot was very polite and responsive, and fixed this css bug. Thank you Sky Pilot!
