Furthermore, Skio's native bulk change feature is incredibly helpful for managing large catalogs, allowing major updates like migrating to Product 2.0 or performing price changes across hundreds of SKUs in just a few clicks. The subscription portal itself is exceptionally customizable, easily pulling in our brand style and design. This creates limitless opportunities to send customers through unique journeys and ensure they have the best brand experience, making the entire subscription management process highly efficient for merchants. Beyond the powerful features, their support is truly unmatched. Our success manager, Alessandro Pacitti, is always a message away to help with troubleshooting and is consistently open to hearing ideas for future roadmap development. He doesn't just wait for questions; he comes to meetings with proactive strategies on how we can fully leverage the platform to enhance our subscription service. Subscription can feel overwhelming, but Skio makes the entire merchant experience intuitive and reliable.
