subzero subscription is hand down the shopify app we have added . setup was effortless, and whenever we had a question, George was quick to jump in with Clear solution. This App is light weight but powerful, we now run all of our recurring sales through it without issue. Couldn't ask for better combination of functionality and support

I’ve tried a few subscription apps before deciding on SubZero. The setup was smooth, the features are thoughtfully designed, and everything integrates seamlessly with Shopify. What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service. The team (especially George) went above and beyond to answer my questions quickly and even helped with some custom configurations for my store. It’s clear they’ve built the app to be simple, flexible, and user-friendly without the extra bloat you find in other solutions. I’ve been using Subzero Subscription (formerly Simple Subscriptions) and it’s been excellent. Setup was seamless, the interface is very intuitive, and the product swap feature is a huge plus. Support is responsive and willing to help. Highly recommend for any store needing powerful, easy-to-use subscription tools!

Absolutely abismal !! After being a customer for years, the service has severely deteriorated. Incredibly poor support... many emails sent over months.. Occasional responses that are never followed up on or seen through, and the issue is never resolved. They have also just doubled our monthly fee with no notice whatsoever! BE WARNED... these guys cannot be trusted. Needless to say, in the process of finding another provider
