subzero subscription is hand down the shopify app we have added . setup was effortless, and whenever we had a question, George was quick to jump in with Clear solution. This App is light weight but powerful, we now run all of our recurring sales through it without issue. Couldn't ask for better combination of functionality and support

Absolutely abismal !! After being a customer for years, the service has severely deteriorated. Incredibly poor support... many emails sent over months.. Occasional responses that are never followed up on or seen through, and the issue is never resolved. They have also just doubled our monthly fee with no notice whatsoever! BE WARNED... these guys cannot be trusted. Needless to say, in the process of finding another provider

I would recommend Subscrption Herder solely from customer service from Steve. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.
