We've been using Simmer at a few different Shopify POS locations for a little while now for both the KDS and the modifiers. It's a solid product, and the development team has been making improvements quickly over the past several months adding different features. Any questions or concerns that we've encountered have been quickly explained or fixed after an email. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a KDS on Shopify.

With very little time, the team helped greatly with a smooth onboarding process and was by our side the entire journey. Highly recommended! Migrating from Square to Shopify I was shocked by how many basic features are missing on Shopify. Then I found Simmer. This app is indispensable! So well thought out when it comes to both features and execution. It makes Shopify so much more usable. It's completely supercharging the basic functionality of the POS. We've started using this app with our new venue, combining Table Service and Take-Away elements in the same space. Simmer has been an absolute dream, solving 90% of our problems with using Shopify POS in a Hospitality setting on launch. The other 10% are being worked on by Seb and the team, who have been incredibly receptive to feedback and have worked incredibly quickly to make changes at our suggestion. From KDS, through to tickets - they understand the workflow of a kitchen, and front-of house to combine them through Simmer. A hidden gem of an application- greatly enhancing the Shopify ecosystem.
