The app has been broken for weeks. The developers do not respond to customer support. I finally heard back after stalking several email addresses, and it was nothing but nonsense. This also happened two years ago and I never heard back. I had to contact Slack for help.

The new multi-channel support is AMAZING, and allows me to send only the pertinent information to the correct people, whether they need incredible detail about all orders, or just a weekly summary.
