With Reporty, stores can set up instant order updates to their phone (SMS) and dedicated Slack channels. Alerts can include order info including discount, tags, and UTM tracking data. The app has been broken for weeks. The developers do not respond to customer support. I finally heard back after stalking several email addresses, and it was nothing but nonsense. This also happened two years ago and I never heard back. I had to contact Slack for help.

Fantastic data transport app to get key sales and customer support information to the correct people across the business. The new multi-channel support is AMAZING, and allows me to send only the pertinent information to the correct people, whether they need incredible detail about all orders, or just a weekly summary. Excellent integration with Slack. I get all my orders straight to a slack channel and it is super fast. I actually wait and always keep an eye on Slack since it's even faster than Shopify official order notification ! And Chris is super nice and friendly. Oh and tracking by UTM is super useful to know if your campaign has worked or not directly.
