My sales dropped a lot. Audience created different Pixel code which we already had created and working and it just impacted a lot negatively.

Crazy stupid to make this only available form Shopify Plus... It is in Shopifys interest to grow the revenue of SMB to get them into more sales, more comissions and in the end Shopify Plus...

Audiences has helped us spend our ad dollars more effectively! We have been pleased with this tool so far and will continue to explore how it can help improve our marketing.

Shopify Audiences is super easy to set up and has been a great tool for enhancing our paid ad campaigns. It provides additional signals that help optimize targeting across channels, making our ads more effective. Definitely worth trying if you're looking to get more out of your ad spend!

We've had a good experience with Audiences for a few of our brands! It was easy to set up and was particularly helpful in being able to expand on limited audience groups when a site is fairly new.

We are on Shopify Plus as a SMALL business and this has really helped our ads bring in more! There are ALOT of benefits to spending the $2000 a month if you look at all the cost savings you get with shipping, payment processing, free Shopify POS Pro. The list is very long.

totally agree with others that SMB needs this more than the plus customers!! Shopify needs to review it's policy on this to help grow a SMB and help them grow to if possible become a Plus customer. dont be so short sighted!! Invest in the SMB.

Verify disappointed in Shopify. Continuously received emails telling me it was free and to sign up, "time is running out"! They know darn well that I was on a plan that did not qualify and based on my site sales there is no way this expense could be encumbered. Go ahead Shopify, make the big guys bigger and let the backbone of America, the Small Business, fall further behind. You should have spent the development money on a review of your company values and ethics! You wouldn't be as successful as you are today without Small Business. I'm sure you won't even publish this as you only want to promote positivity to your clients instead of reality. Again, values and ethics????

The App itself is really good and would be a difference maker for small and medium businesses. The fact you have to upgrade the Shopify Plus at $2300 US/ month to access it nothing short of RIDICULOUS. Sorry can't give this anything less than a 1 star simply due to cost. Unfortunately Shopify likely doesn't see any return in helping SMB's grow any more now that they are making their billions!

It's a little misleading to claim it's free when you need he $2300 Shopify Premium plan; you got us on a technicality but I'll give it to you <3 Deleted after the trial due to the price of premium not being valuable for my business. Will be a good app when it's unbundled from premium and is a true stand alone app.
