REAL REVIEW — WE NEEDED THIS, AND IT ACTUALLY WORKS I’ll be honest — after reading some mixed reviews about conflicts with the Dawn theme on other apps, we weren’t sure whether this app would work for us because it only had 1 review. But after discovering a website that was cloning a large portion of our images, alt text, and product descriptions, we needed protection fast. We installed Shop Protector and tested it ourselves. It works. No image copying. No text copying. Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V blocked. Right-click blocked. Exactly what we needed. I never leave reviews, and I’m sceptical of half the reviews I read online — but this one deserves five stars because we have actual results. The analytics from the last 24 hours alone proved we were being targeted far more than we realised. It honestly makes you wonder how much of this goes on behind the scenes. Seems to be working great. I enabled the app in shopify, then set up my settings. Right click and highlight were disabled the minute I hit "save"...and i'm hoping this will help to cut back on the amount of spam I've been getting by blocking a few countries.
