He explained everything clearly and helped configure the app exactly according to our requirements. So far so good, I have been using the app to set up our shipping rates and it is working as desired. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and I had some questions but I was able to get support from Vignesh and he helped me out right away.

So far it seems like a good app, many settings and possibilities for live carriers, although DHL E-commerce is not available, but we managed to add those rates manually.
