Fantastic experience, would highly recommend. I booked a Zoom call and Jennifer set everything up and explained how the application worked, she even helped me with contacting Shopify to have certain things arranged which were required for the application.

I just finished setting everything up for my store with Shipeasy. Even though I had a complex shipping system, I seamlessly scheduled a couple of calls with Vignesh from the customer support team and he helped me very efficiently. Would recommend this app for anyone doing non-trivial shipping rules.

Can be a little tricky to figure out but overall they were very helpful when we set up a Zoom call to get some things figured out. Happy with the app so far! It's made it a lot easier for us to tailor our shipping rates to our customers.
