Knowing fully well they have such POOR reviews, they still don't take their work seriously. The customer support and tech support is pretty mediocre with no understanding of their own domain. They are busy promoting Shipmozo on LinkedIn and sending offers via business dev team but what they need to do is help their limited clients that they have and grow this business seriously. I gave them a chance because I thought they are a start up and might be more proactive. But I'm really surprised how laidback they are.
