Shipmonk has been a big step up from our previous 3PL partner, and a lot of that has to do with our happiness Engineer, Austin P. His attentiveness and knowledge surrounding Shipmonk software and protocol has been a huge asset. In the rare scenario where he doesn't know the answer to our question, he is quick to find it.
