When I started using this app, I faced a few issues such as inventory sync problems. Sometimes, when orders were received, I had to manually send the order to Amazon. There were a few other minor issues as well. However, the team is extremely supportive and responsive. They resolved my issues immediately every time. Their team is always available and ready to help. Overall, I had a good experience with their support.

Support help set up configuration for Shopify to Amazon MCF, with successful testing. Also went though all shopify settings to ensure all products are available on the shop front side, and made sure all inventory was updated correctly. Also checked Amazon MCF for EBAY with the support team - who are experts. Walked through step by step process with patience and support. Been using this app for over a year and love it. No real issues however was stuck with some virtual bundles and Ebay integration. Booked a call same day and an absolute gun, Shivam had it all up and running within 30 minutes. Exceptional support which is regularly overlooked in the ecom space. Highly recommend!
