BE CAREFUL!! this app will bill you even when app is uninstall. Shopify support will not reimburse you as this is a 3rd party, app, you release yoru rights for them to bill you via shopify and steal from you whatever they want. !!! NO NOT INSTALL or USE

This app does not work. The support WASTED well over a month of my time, and now likely blew my BFCM. Their team has taken over a month, to make next to no progress on my integration. They tell me wait 12 hours. Wait 12 hours, wait 12 hours, wait til monday, Next thing you know it's been a month. Black Friday is next week. This was meant to be set up LAST MONTH. I started integration Sept 5th, 2025, its Nov 21st 2025. Their team has done nothing but waste my time and lead me on for now two months making next to ZERO progress on the integration. The software was not syncing inventory properly which other people have stated. Then after a month they finally corrected inventory syncing. I though great I'm ready for orders. NOPE some random back end error that will not allow orders to push to MCF. It's probably on me at this point for not pulling the plug earlier. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.

Terrible. Created massive problems for us with regards to inventory sync and pre ordering. Inventory on Shopify did not match Amazon and as a result we were selling product we didn't have as regular orders. Lots of refunds and unhappy customers. The support was always blaming Shopify for the issues until many back and firths finally got them to understand it was their app not Shopify. IF you never sell pre-order then the app has some great features but unfortunately the inventory management and sync made it a deal breaker. Moved to a competitor and now we dont have any problems.

We have had an issue for two weeks that has not been resolved and has lead to us losing a contract with a retailer because the orders were not marked as fulfilled, even though Amazon had sent the order and the customer received it. We were previously using WebBee app integration, however something happened, and the orders stopped marking as fulfilled on orders page. We need to manually fulfil these orders however they're still not marking as fulfilled

Our company initially intended to utilize this application for order fulfillment and logistics through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment services. Given the substantial monthly fee of USD 19 for this application, which is notably expensive when compared to Spotify monthly fee of USD 25, we proceeded with implementation. However, during actual operations, we discovered a severe systemic defect when Shopify order data is transmitted to Amazon's system: critical customer delivery address information is randomly lost, resulting in erroneous shipments. This major system malfunction exhibits intermittent occurrence patterns, posing significant operational risks to our company. Due to these system failures, we were compelled to conduct emergency reshipments and compensate affected customers, resulting not only in substantial financial losses but also severely damaging our company's reputation. Based on these numerous issues, we, as a paying customer, have made the immediate decision to terminate your services and explicitly state that we will not invest additional resources to assist in testing or improving your product.

Inventory not syncing. We are in big trouble due to this. We are getting orders but we have no stock on Amazon. WebBee is unable to sync the inventory from Amazon.

They change the terms and conditions unilaterally without notice. We have been using some functionalities for years and now we find that it doesn't work. After losing a day investigating the issue, we find out that they moved the functionality to a more expensive plan and the only solution I get is to upgrade and pay more.
