When we began expanding into international markets, we needed a reliable solution to connect with MCF— and that’s when we discovered WebBee. From our very first meeting to today, their team has been incredibly responsive and supportive. They assisted us through the entire integration and setup, and anytime an issue came up, they were just one meeting away. That level of availability is truly the standout part of their service. I now use WebBee across all my stores, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to seamlessly integrate Shopify with Amazon for MCF fulfillment.

It took some time to setup, some bugs which seemed to be a mix of the app, and amazon's API but the WebBee team eventually got this working in time for black friday 2025, which I am thankful for. The app has some hiccups but for the price and tech team who came to my rescue I am so far happy with choosing this app.

This app does not work. The support WASTED well over a month of my time, and now likely blew my BFCM. Their team has taken over a month, to make next to no progress on my integration. They tell me wait 12 hours. Wait 12 hours, wait 12 hours, wait til monday, Next thing you know it's been a month. Black Friday is next week. This was meant to be set up LAST MONTH. I started integration Sept 5th, 2025, its Nov 21st 2025. Their team has done nothing but waste my time and lead me on for now two months making next to ZERO progress on the integration. The software was not syncing inventory properly which other people have stated. Then after a month they finally corrected inventory syncing. I though great I'm ready for orders. NOPE some random back end error that will not allow orders to push to MCF. It's probably on me at this point for not pulling the plug earlier. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.

Malik was great! Superb help as he was able to control the works on his end while explaining to my questions and gets resolved immediately. WebBee if you are a very very new seller.

Terrible. Created massive problems for us with regards to inventory sync and pre ordering. Inventory on Shopify did not match Amazon and as a result we were selling product we didn't have as regular orders. Lots of refunds and unhappy customers. The support was always blaming Shopify for the issues until many back and firths finally got them to understand it was their app not Shopify. IF you never sell pre-order then the app has some great features but unfortunately the inventory management and sync made it a deal breaker. Moved to a competitor and now we dont have any problems.

5/5 support. Shivam provided a fantastic onboarding experience making this process simple and effective. All of my questions were answered and detailed information provided. Now have a solid understanding of how this integration software works within my Shopify eco-system so I can effectively manage it.

Been using this app for over a year and love it. No real issues however was stuck with some virtual bundles and Ebay integration. We’ve been using the MCF by Amazon app on our Shopify store for a few months now, and the experience has been largely positive. The app does a great job syncing orders from Shopify to Amazon, making multi-channel fulfillment seamless. Inventory updates and tracking info are pushed automatically, saving us a lot of manual effort. What works well: Easy to install and set up Syncs orders in near real-time Tracking numbers get updated automatically Inventory sync is reliable customer support is also great.

We have had an issue for two weeks that has not been resolved and has lead to us losing a contract with a retailer because the orders were not marked as fulfilled, even though Amazon had sent the order and the customer received it. We were previously using WebBee app integration, however something happened, and the orders stopped marking as fulfilled on orders page. We need to manually fulfil these orders however they're still not marking as fulfilled

I was having major problems with Veeqo for over 8 weeks! Since finding WebBee, my life has become much easier. Their customer service is excellent! From the first day I signed up, they contacted me to schedule a support call, and amazingly everything was set up and functioning on day #1.
