Having trouble converting ShineOn Fast to my store so my potential customers can customize products. I've been trying pretty much all day. still is not syncing with my shopify store. I accidentally promoted these products, and no one could customize. I thought that the customer would automatically be able to do after adding products to my store, but this has been an issue. I bought customily but the name necklaces aren't on Customily.

I've produced several products here and even ordered a sample necklace and the product looks good! Looking forward to using the new AI tools as well.

It's a great platform, the only issue I have is with the free marketing tools for your products, namely figuring out how to use the videos for Add Your Own Message Cards on a necklace. I wanted to make a creative for a message card necklace but don't know how or if it is possible to add my message card to it. I love that there are videos otherwise, but there's no descriptions on the files and no youtube tutorial for this side of Shineon.

This is an awesome platform to create beautiful POD products. All products I have tried are great value and great quality. The site is easy to use even for beginners.

I am new to print on demand but So far, my experience has been wonderful. the online chat is very helpful. I'm looking forward to continued support. and asssistance with product development and customer support. Also, there are so many products to choose from.. I love it so far.
