Sendbird launched an AI Chatbot for Shopify, then quietly shut it down. The only notice was a single email — which ended up in spam. No proper announcement, no support, no way forward. We invested significant time integrating this tool into our business. Now we’re left with nothing, and no one is responding. What kind of company leaves its customers stranded like this? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service ever experienced on a Shopify app. We've been waiting over 2 months to hear back from the support team. The app started off great, but then broke – the AI is hallucinating 95% of the time – and Sendbird have been useless. Meanwhile we've been paying $99 / month for a product we cannot use. I'd appreciate urgent support.

Worst service I have experienced. The cost of $99 a month is not worth it at all. I have been waiting for an answer from support for 3 weeks with no answer. -5 stars.

Worst app support ever. They do not respond to chat, emails and even paying 100usd per month, I still dont get one single respond!! Dont bother to use this app, the features are minimum and useless that won't help any conversion at all. Did not help at all. Will go back to old app.
