Users frequently commend its effectiveness in simplifying workflows and providing responsive customer support, although there are some technical limitations noted by a few customers that affect their integration experience.

Key Strengths

  • Excellent customer support with helpful and responsive staff.
  • Streamlines inventory management across multiple sales channels.
  • Facilitates easy product listing and synchronization.
  • User-friendly interface that is accessible even to less tech-savvy users.
  • Reliable performance in managing Etsy and Shopify integrations.

Common Concerns

  • Lack of API support for automated inventory management.
  • Challenges with integrating and updating data, especially with larger product catalogs.
  • Limited pricing options for platforms like Amazon.
  • Poor customer service for resolving complex issues related to large-scale integrations.
  • Substandard reporting features.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Sellbrite is highly regarded and recommended by many for its core functionalities and strong customer service. It is particularly effective for small to medium-sized inventories and various sales channels. However, it faces criticism for its handling of more complex integration tasks and lack of automation features, which could impact its suitability for businesses with extensive inventory needs.

We’ve been experiencing serious issues with Sellbrite allowing Amazon to oversell our inventory for over a month now. Initially, we assumed it was a mistake on our end, but after closely monitoring the situation, we discovered that Sellbrite was not syncing any inventory data from our Shopify store. Multiple products that are marked as drafts with zero inventory in Shopify are still showing quantities of 5–10 in Sellbrite. We reached out through live chat in hopes of resolving the issue, but after waiting seven days with no action taken to even open a support ticket, we’ve had enough. We're removing the app from our store and actively seeking a more reliable solution. If you're a business managing a large catalog and need accurate inventory syncing with Amazon, this is definitely not the solution.
