We moved away from Klaviyo after they changed their pricing plans and I must say I don't miss Klaviyo at all. This app is extremely well integrated to Shopify and I like how closely knit they are. Excellent support, it's so nice to talk to real people instead of being limited to a chat that you have to wait ages for.

The support is top notch, and you get to chat with an actual person when you have questions. I've only been using Seguno for a couple of days and I have to say, the set up so far has been very easy, and not just because I have all my emails written out, but the templates are great and the drag and drop editor is fantastic and very intuitive! I've gone from Klaviyo, to Yotpo, and now to Seguno and I have to say, I wish I would have tried them from the start and saved myself a lot of money and the hassle of trying to many others that didn't suit my needs! Great esp/app!
