Their customer service basically doesn't understand any technology, but they basically can't provide any help. I wasted almost a month on this app and got nothing. Sales fell sharply. This app is not recommended, it's a huge pitfall, I contacted them over 30 times and everyone told me it's not their job and need to find an executive, it sounds ridiculous, no support

I'm not sure how we would have properly integrated with Segment without this app and without having Shopify Plus, so this was a life saver for our headless implementation! I really appreciate that they have dedicated documentation specifically for headless stores. The set up was a breeze and we will continue using this even when we're on Shopify Plus as it will save a lot of development time.

This app seamlessly integrated Shopify with Segment. All of our data is flowing seamlessly from Shopify into all of our destinations via Segment. Would highly recommend to any store looking to keep track of their data using a robust tool such as Segment.
