So far so good! I added a section that didn't appear to be working in my live store. I contacted support. They diagnosed the issue in a timely manner, and showed me the error on my end without being condescending.

I have built out my entire store with Section themes on Dawn. You can get very Creative with how to apply them for your needs. They work perfectly right away, but I recommend trying the section before making a purchase. I think that is a great feature, which allows me to play with multiple versions of a section to find the one that works for me. I have only had one problem with a section that surpassed my abilities, and I reached out for support. The team was quick to respond and resolved the issue by getting Collaborator access and editing the code (beyond my skill set). Now it works perfectly. If you are new to Shopify and want to build your site yourself, Trust Section Store. I have bought Dozens of Sections and used them in different ways. Highly recommend. Shout out to the Section store team for helping me stay on course to launch day.

Great section options… so much to choose from Fantastic support. We are using one of the Product Ingredients section…it’s perfect for linking to components that are included in our product configurations- not what the section is intended for but I bring it up because these sections are limited only by your creative use cases that you can dream up. If I had one wish for this particular section it would be the ability to link to another Shopify product and pull in the image/title/URL - that would be icing on the cake.

We highly recommend this app because after adding the section, it gives a very professional, clean, and beautiful shop. It is very easy to use this app and affordable. I should have found this a long time ago, because I spent a lot of money to buy a premium theme and for developers. Customer support is also very good, and they are always there for their customers.

The sections are incredibly well-designed – functional, flexible, and visually clean. Support is a 10/10 – super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

With Section Store, it’s just a one‑time purchase, and you can tailor each section exactly to your liking. Even with the new Shopify Sidekick update, I’ve found myself still going back to Section Store. For around $14.99 CAD (about $10 USD) per section, you get exactly what you need — and it’s far simpler than trying to build the same thing through Sidekick. Their customer service is outstanding too. I had a request that was included in my purchase, and they went above and beyond spending the time to implement it for me. If you’re trying to get your Shopify store up and running smoothly, I can’t recommend investing in Section Store sections enough. Totally worth it!

There is no visible support link (unless it is very well hidden). The product variant system is not fully developed. For example, when configuring a T-shirt, all variants, both sizes and colors, are displayed as images. The correct approach would be to show only color options as images, while size options should be displayed as text.

Does a lot to solve the problem of buying a theme and having to either write code or hire someone to make it exactly what you want. The support team are also great to deal with.

Bought the plugin, had an issue and the customer service was REALLY helpful to get me where I needed to be. Definitely recommend this app, absolutely. I'll shout it from the rooftops if need be.

It never works like its displayed, you will need custom coding for it to work or look anything like its displayed on the app preview, very bad and rude customer service, its will take days of back and forth for it to even work properly on site. typical app, over promise and under deliver.
