No one is perfect but Scaleorder is the closest to be. I have tried dussins of dropshipping agents... but Scaleorder is the best. Sometimes a little overpriced items but they fulfill all orders and have awesome customer support. Most of the times prices are good, nothing to complain about really.

One of the best agents and especially person is Mia who is super knowledgeable and talented. I recommend everyone to use Scaleorder because they have super good treatment and deliver the products on time to your customers.

Great App, I wanted to work with this Company but there Agent Mia been telling me that they had issues and were more important to help me with quotes for products, waited a month contact Mia again( 3 or 4 days ago) and asked her if they had time to do some qoutes, Mia said to contact her on WhatsApp so I did and Sent her picture of a product with 2 different shipping cost from there own platform then Mia said there system doesn't provide the correct shipping cost , Still no Quote for that shipping yet

They promise shipping time of 14 business days, but in my experience shipping times has averaged 30 to 40 days. When you sign up they show you that they deliver in 10 days or so, but after you place your orders, they say "it is out of our control." They promise they will refund late deliveries, but when it comes time for refund, they only consider items over 20 business days. And business days is based on the Chinese calendar. Then they start asking for fake documents such as certificate of refund. I have been waiting on a portion of my refund for 36 days. Save yourself bad reviews and great frustration. This is a joke at best!

I have been using this app for months and it is now my go to app for my store. I have found products on here I couldnt find on other fulfillment apps. I dont want to use oberlo and use aliexpress because the shipping times are horrible and you have to deal with a million different sellers. Nextschain takes care of everything. You get an order and pay the wholesale and they package and ship the product and send the ship confirmation email. If you run into any problems they get back to you and fix it. In my opinion this is the best fulfillment app for droppshippers.
