Description

AI-powered 24x7 eCommerce chatbot for sales boosting conversions & guiding shoppers through purchase

What if you could have a 24x7 sales rep for your online store that helps your shoppers with purchases, upsells, and cross-sells just like a trained sales executive and answers all kinds of queries? SalesGPT is an AI-powered eCommerce chatbot that acts as a sales rep for online stores helping you convert your website visitors to real customers.

Answer all your customers questions and pay for conversations not messages.
Lead collection in case chatbot can't answer a customer's question
Initiates a conversation intelligently, just like a good sales rep
Automated sales training from your store. Auto updates without any human effort.
Powered by Generative AI with 95+ language support such as German, Spanish, etc

Pros

24x7 availability ensures continuous support and engagement with customers
Helps with purchases, upsells, and cross-sells by mimicking a trained sales executive, potentially increasing sales
Pays for conversations instead of individual messages, potentially reducing costs
Intelligent conversation initiation can improve customer engagement and lead capture
Automated sales training updates reduce the need for manual intervention and maintenance
Supports over 95 languages, expanding accessibility to a wider audience

Cons

Dependent on the capability of AI to accurately understand and respond to complex queries, which may not be infallible
Might not fully replace the personal touch and nuanced understanding of a human sales representative
In cases where the chatbot cannot answer, it relies on lead collection, which might be less effective in retaining customer interest immediately
Potential language limitations if the desired language nuance or dialect is not well supported
