In free mode all reviews will be without pictures. Nobody needs reviews without pictures. Why can't you write this on the sales page right away? For some reason I spend time installing and trying to import several reviews, but in the end I get some crap.

Our Google Shopping feed URL stopped working on 1 of our 6 stores using this app. The support team said that custom code is needed to create this feature which is not true because we have been using this feature for over a year on all of our stores. Our other stores are working fine syncing to Google. I would have hoped for better support by subscribing to the most expensive plan.
