We recently transitioned to Stay AI and while onboarding wasn't totally seamless (largely due to internal miscommunication...) it’s been a much better experience since getting up and running. Our dedicated CSM, Sophie, has been incredible: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. The product team is receptive to feedback and actively improving the platform. There are some standout features already making a difference -our customers are engaging with them, and it's making an impact. We like using this app for our subscription! The user interface is easy for both the customer and for us managing the program, it comes with a lot of useful analytics, and I love that they are always coming out with new features and updates, with a dedicated customer success manager that we meet with every month to introduce them and make sure we are getting the best use out of all that stay.ai has to offer. They are also super quick to respond to any emails answering questions or even assisting us in making updates.
