We need to hide price and it does that very easily, support helped very quickly with sorting an issue with fonts not showing after installed

Used this for my store. Very bad experience. The system didn't show my logo or branding on emails to customers. Slow reply time via Whatsapp and when allowing their team access to my store to fix the issue, I heard nothing back for 4 weeks. Furthermore, after configuring the emails correctly and setting everything up, I didn't receive notifications when a customer had requested a quote and nearly missed a large customer. Not a good experience.

Great app for managing quotes and custom product requests. I needed to add some translations in the app and a few CSS changes to match my store — Priyanka from support responded quickly and helped me get it sorted. Still waiting on the final update, but overall the support was professional and I feel confident using this app. Recommended!

A little clunky on initialization with limited controls. However, the support team has been wonderful in helping get settings and features needed for our stores.

They had great support team and quick response at the beginning but after a while, the customized app malfunctioned. Contacted them several time and in different way, never heard anything back.

Edit - Dipen really helped with the support part, hence changing my review to 3 stars at his request and kind consideration in helping out where he could. Waiting to see if I am charged on my next bill. If not charged on next bill as ascertained by Dipen, will change review to 4 stars. I’ve just started using the SB Request to Quote app from SetuBridge, and it’s already proving to be a valuable tool for our Shopify store. I ran into a small issue during the initial setup, but I reached out to the team and they resolved it quickly and professionally. Their support was responsive and helpful, and I’m really grateful for their assistance. We've been using the Request for Quote app and are extremely impressed. It's fast, easy to use, and much more efficient compared to other apps we tried. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for a reliable solution for handling custom or bulk order inquiries! It makes obtaining quotes and conversions to draft orders really slick. Update: we are noticing a endless processing symbol on many of our pages now since using the app. My software programmer determined that it is from this app. Per their advice, I had scheduled 2 Google meets using their Calendly app and they no showed to both.
