I'm always wary of adding Apps to Shopify. I'm not a programmer so they really need to be easy to set up and offer great support. These guys are amazing. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They have really helped me. And not just the set up, but with ongoing questions around emailing, customisation etc etc. Brilliant service. Shopjar is simple and straight to the point. Perfect if you don't need to have a complex refferal campaign. There is enough customization option to keep your Design line. Thanks to the support for being reactive when needed.

Easy to set up and customer support is helpful via email. We've only had it a week but are hopeful more customers will start to use it thanks to installing it on our website home page, checkout and post purchase pages.

Just got it set up and it was a breeze. I love the simplicity. I looked at other apps and there were way more bells and whistles than what I needed. I had one question about how a slightly complex reward might be handled and Madhav was really helpful and gave me confidence that it will work as planned. No sales from this system yet (only up for 1 day) but I am sure that those will come soon. Awesome app.
