o not use this app, or any app made by this team, under any circumstances. It’s a complete waste of time. They spent a long time setting it up and it still doesn’t work. When you ask a question, they brush you off. Then they apologize over and over again. You feel sorry for them and say “okay, never mind,” reinstall the app, and they make everything even worse. They made me look ridiculous in front of all my affiliate customers; for days now, people’s purchase commissions aren’t being recorded. Their help desk basically doesn’t work.

The support from Shopjar is truly excellent. You receive personal and fast assistance. The support team not only provides helpful tips but also takes action directly, so I don’t have to handle everything myself. It’s really great support and a huge help.

Finished set up and very happy with the features and support. Sometimes less is more for referral programs and Shopify apps and Shopjar fits this bill.

Just started using the app, but writing a review for great support. Could not figure out how to make referral work, and support helped in real-time. Vaishaak was the lifesaver. I booked a meeting with another person, but no one turned up, so I sent a message, and there was Vaishaak; he sent a link to join a meeting and helped me solve the issue.

Great tool with very good pricing. I had almost all I wished to start my referral program. The onboarding is very smooth and you also receive help from the team. In my case Nihasini showed me some tricks and helped me finalise the setup. She was great.
