Videos can only be uploaded on their platform as they don’t have their own server. The live support box never works and is always blank. Support is only via email, and replies take 2–3 days. Overall, the lack of proper support makes it very difficult and frustrating to work with this platform.

Very smooth app that has the advantage that you can upload large video files without problems. Very simple and clear handling. I was in contact with support who responded quickly and solved a couple of things I wanted specially configured.

We’ve had a very difficult time getting our videos to show on our website using Reelfy. When we reached out for support, we were directed to a link with instructions, but they weren’t very clear or easy to follow. When I got stuck and asked for additional help, I was sent back to the exact same link again with no further clarification. At this point, we still haven’t been able to get the videos to appear on our site, and the support process has felt repetitive rather than genuinely helpful. The app seems to have potential, but the onboarding and support experience really needs improvement.

I really like the Reelfy – Shoppable Videos Reels App. It’s simple to set up and helps me showcase products in a fun and engaging way. My customers enjoy watching the videos and can easily shop directly from them. It’s helped me get more attention and sales. Definitely a useful app for any online store!

Excellent App!! Excellent price also!! I had another app installed, but it clashed with some other features of my theme and so it would work properly. I was told the issue couldn't be fixed at this time. Reefly works perfectly. I had a couple of questions and a minor problem which I couldn't work out...I got onto their CHAT and Tinh was extremely helpful. My issue was sorted out within minutes. 5 out of 5!! Highly recommend!!

It’s a modern, social media-style video reels app that allows you to promote purchases directly. It’s also very easy to use and overall excellent.
