I have been learning and using Redo for the past 4 months as a new agent, and it has been a life saver in terms of having a full record of all returns and claims! The simplicity of the portal makes it so easy on both the customer and us. We also appreciate the help we get from the Redo team anytime questions come up or help is needed, they are great at responding in a timely manner and following up to ensure everything is straight, especially Colin, who helped to resolve a tough issue! Definitely recommend this service!

We just started about a month ago and so far, so good. What matters a LOT to me, as the customer support person, is that I have a POC with the apps we choose to work with, so that I can feel supported while I support our customers. Redo has been great with that and I really appreciate it. Additionally, not having to be the point person when a customer doesn't receive their order, or it's damaged, is huge!

Ive been using Redo for the past 6 months - Ive saved alot of money compared to gorgias and other package protection apps. Also their customer service surpasses any other service. Any ticket Ive sent in has been answered and addressed usually right away and occasionally within 15 mins. My most recent ticket was really complicated and Jaxon did the fastest deep dive and correction Ive ever seen. Highly impressed and highly recommend!
