A pretty solid CRM. There's definitely room for improvement in a good few areas, but they're still a young company. Plus, they have a great support team that's always willing to step up and help!

I'd highly recommend working with them if you want to grow and try new things! They offer great services that are built to help everyone, but that can be expanded and customized to fit your needs. When asking about features or functions, most apps say they don't offer them whereas Redo will find ways to apply the features you are looking for.

We've been using Redo for 1-2 years now. It's made processing returns a quicker and easier task for sure. I had some questions about a couple issues recently and Emry was so helpful in figuring out what happened and helping me understand why and what to do moving forward.
