Love using Redo! We started out using them for returns and are now using them for email marketing, support, upsells, and they are constantly adding new features for us to take advantage of. Also, the support from Jason, Austin, and the team has been incredible. We have a direct line to them and get questions answered extremely fast. Highly recommend!

Jaxon and Skylar are incredibly helpful! I appreciate them checking in with me and my team while we are transitioning into using Redo. So far the app is very helpful. I especially love the Bulk Shipping option to sort similar orders. Our company ships LARGE Kickstarter campaigns and this feature are been invaluable in that process.

Redo has been super helpful to our growth as a company. The returns flow Redo has is customizable and has made it so much easier for us and our customers to process returns. Just started with Redo in prep for a busy holiday season and it has been a very smooth transition from our previous return portal. Jed (Sales), Seth (Tech/Sync), and Jaxon (Support Chat) have all been incredibly helpful so far in getting everything up and running! Weekly onboarding calls to make sure we understand Redo (portal, backend, customer facing and anything else we may need) has been efficient even when the team has a plethora of questions. Definitely believe Redo will be a longstanding app we will be using for the foreseeable future. Thanks Redo Team!
