Great experience. They prompted on support chat right after installation for any assistant needed. Was quick help without having to struggle with options. Provided support on google meet with live screen sharing which made it easier to understand instructions and my product was live within 5 minutes. Recommended App with great customer service.

Recently, I started working with the Casa Subscription App, and, oh my, am I impressed. They actually came to me and said they could make a design widget that was custom for my store, and it looks absolutely great. Not relaibale, one month skipped all subscriptions and then had 2 subscriptons ( March and April) in one month, which upset all my customers. Also it carries on even after the subscription has ended, which also made my customers very annoyed. I emailed customer service and they kept putting me to different people and NO one resolved the issues or got back to me! So not happy at all. Messaged after I left a review to explain, and I understand there can be bugs, but I lost the trust of my customers which is VITAL to me.
