I've had Abandoned Cart recovery emails for years. It works well but lately I've had bot attacks with 100 fake email addresses signing up for my mailing list every hour and leaving 1 item in their shopping cart triggering hundreds of abandoned cart emails to me every day. I can delete the email addresses with my email provider and make sure my Shopify sign up pop up has Captcha but I can't update my Abandoned Cart email templates with new picture, address and free shipping amount. I'm hoping by updating them I might secure them from bot attacks? The problem - their templates won't update after a test and save - and they don't offer a SAVE button. The bigger problem - There is no customer service by this company. No email, chat or phone. If I had any customer service response at all, I might be interested in paying for other services, like FB messaging if I understood it better but they will never know, and now I might never be able to update my abandoned cart emails. Too bad. They were a great company when I first signed up.

All of a sudden app stopped sending customers emails. It’s been 5 days and no emails sent. I am waiting for a response from support to fix this issue.

Over a month at customer service and still I haven't resolved my problem with the popup that doesn't work properly to my store. Conversation with Marsello Started on February 22, 2025 at 04:05 PM as per today March 29th. I used to love this app but I can't recommend it to anyone. Stay away guys and look other options if you have a serious business.

We are pleased with this app, we recovered ..... It has all you need to run a recover abondant carts function on your site.(Abandoned Cart Emails, Exit Intent Pop-up, Persistent Cart) If you install this app you should definitely use all these 3 channels, we did and each brought us $. I would recommend! Sono molto soddisfatta di questa app! La uso da un paio di settimane e ho già recuperato tantissimi carrelli abbandonati. Sicuramente continuerò ad usarla! È fantastica!
