We are super impressed with Dylan and the Real ID team and functionality. From the start they have been responsive and supportive to help get the software implemented and running smoothly, from introduction/demo and installation support. Recently we requested that they build a Military ID verification feature so that we could verify service peoples for a lifetime discount. A few weeks later the Real ID team had successfully created this feature and yesterday a long standing customer of ours utilized it and now gets the lifetime discount. Again we cant say enough how great the support has been....this is not the case with many apps as we all know.

Initially i was stunned by the pricing, however after sending feedback to the developer, they immediately replied and were very helpful. They went out their way to enable settings and allow be to be on the normal plan with other settings turned on. They replied to emails within a matter of a hour tops, very quick. And app is working perfectly. Will be using them long term
