Rapid Search handles this brilliantly. Setup is straightforward, and search results feel much more intelligent compared to default. Big shout-out to the support team too offering custom solutions tailored to our usage. That level of service keeps us loyal. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving search performance and conversion.

There are too many bugs. We've lost a lot of customers because of it. It negatively impacts the customer experience. I don't recommend it. It's overpriced and, on top of that, it's full of bugs.

Great support staff, Rebeka. I had some old code blocking a function at first but they solved it within a couple of days. Otherwise we've heard great things from our customer about this new search and filter function. The only negative I could think about is that it is a bit heavy, increases load time a bit, but it's worth it. Saving customers time in the end with a great search and filter function.
