楽天市場とショピファイの在庫連動の為に導入しております。 先日同期された注文が自動的に店舗都合でキャンセル処理されてしまい、商品はお届けしたのにご請求ができていない状況が発生しました。 楽天市場では対応できないと回答をいただき、ショピファイサポート経由でアプリ開発の方に問い合わせ対応をしていただきましたが、途中で応答がなくなり、結果として原因はわからず終いでした。 楽天市場ではキャンセルされた注文の請求処理を戻すことはできない為、お客様にご説明した上で新たにご請求金額と同等のご注文を通すようにとの回答でした。(問題発生からここまで大体20日かかりました) 原因は不明ですが、同じ現象でお困りの方がいらっしゃれば問い合わせの流れなど参考にしていただければ幸いです。 引き続き原因の調査と改善を宜しくお願い致します。
