This app has been an amazing tool for increasing our email capturing efforts, and it easily integrates with our marketing app. It also helps our customers learn about our products, and make informed decisions with their purchases. Broke upon install -- Which I only found out after a few hours of setting everything up. Still waiting for their "tech support" to fix things, when the issue was first identified four days ago. Clearly no urgency, hopefully they are able to actually fix the problem, instead of wasting more of my time trying to explain whats going on. For an app so expensive - You would expect better.
