He understood and met me exactly where I was at and answered all my questions and did everything from his end to set up this app for me. He even answered questions I was already thinking of before I had asked. Joseph was incredibly helpful in addressing my issues with syncing. Turns out it was user error on my part, but he guided me through the process very skillfully and easily. The support I received was top notch.

I loved using the app until a glitch happened. Order notifications started going off non stop from past Etsy orders I had 6-8 months ago. The orders are automatically archived but they’re still saying unfulfilled and want me to create a shipping label for them. It crowded up the Shopify inbox and my email making it harder to fulfill normal orders.

Overall this app has saved me time and has worked without much trouble. Joseph has been attentive at trying to help, and was great at listening to my concern about syncing issues regarding purchases. The app is a little pricey, and I am not sure how long I can continue, but for now I am enjoying its convenience and appreciate the support from Joseph.
