I'm new to Etsy integrations and some of my products were not syncing among other things. One of their agents Joseph Morris was amazing! He helped me through the process and did everything for me that I did not know how to set up. Once again thanks for your amazing help.

Omar was okay at explaining the instructions overall, but he failed to mention at the beginning that products without SKUs wouldn't upload correctly. Because of this oversight, I was charged twice by Etsy, which could have been avoided with clearer guidance.

Great customer support for this app. Joseph live-chatted me immediately and helped me get it set up. He patiently answered all my questions. This app is able to do what the competitor app isn't able to do. We wanted to sync Etsy orders to Shopify. There is still some limitations due to what customer info Etsy is allowed to share with outside apps (customer address, shipping type) but the app is meeting our needs so far!

I'm SO happy I found this app. After over a year struggling with inventory sync issues with another popular app - this application makes syncing my products and inventory from Shopify to Etsy seamless. This app is amazing. It saved me time and energy. I love that I can keep my synced products in draft mode on Etsy before publishing them which is super helpful for making final edits. Also, I had the best customer service from Joseph. He is absolutely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He responded quickly and helped me through the error. Perfect and worth it!
