You should NOT use this app. It constantly and consistently changes your inventory to 0 on Etsy for variations. It seemingly randomly pulls in pictures or ignores them, and even though I have turned off everything but order syncing I am still finding random negative changes being made that are impacting the display of my listings. Stay far away.

Response time from Joseph was phenomenal. Actually, I only thought in my head that I could use some help and he popped up in chat. took care of my problem in less than 5 minutes. He did it for me BUT then he sent me an email with step by step instructions for my to reference in the future so I can handle it myself moving forward. 10/10 recommend.

My items were not syncing properly, and just win I was beginning to get frustrated Joseph jumped on line and immediately went to work to solve my problem. He fixed my issues on his end quickly and everything synced successfully. He made the process smooth and provided excellent customer service!

I started a chat after downloading the QS app for Shopify, and when I saw that the fetch process started automatically, I was a bit concerned, because I wanted to sync only certain collections. So, I went to the chat session, and I was answered immediately by Joseph. Joseph explained that "Fetching" is different than syncing. He took over the process for me, and explained everything in great details, explaining that once the fetch was done, we would then choose the specific collection or products. When I saw the fetch was completed, I asked if I could go ahead and change the option to synch only specific collections, and he asked me for the collection name so that he could just do it for me. I've never had such fast, efficient and quick support from an app vendor from Shopify. I'm already a big fan of Joseph and QS, thank you Joseph for making this a very enjoyable experience!!!

I'd like to think I am great with a PC but failed to sync some products I wasted 2 hours trying to fix it between etsy and shopify. Joseph fixed it in 10 minutes arguably less! 6 stars!!! Best service ever!
