I've had a great experience using QuickSync to integrate shopify with Square & Etsy. Thea has made the process very easy by helping me whenever I need it!

Omar has been super helpfull and has a super quick reaction time. Makes it very easy to start the onboarding on Etsy.

Great option if you are running a small business from both Shopify and Etsy. Plus the online chat is amazing. Omar helped me in the chat and took care of my question and concern. highly recommend!

If I could I will put 0 star. As shit as possible. Nothing working properly. When I found the mistake answer was always the same: 'I need to raise a ticket to developers'. Just waist of time!!!! AVOID!!!

I haven't finished syncing so I don't know that the app works yet. Joseph was helpful. I didn't have any particular issues that I ran into, but he highlighted a minor settings detail and assured me I wasn't missing anything as I went through the process.

So far my experience with the app has been amazing. It takes a lot of the hard work out of managing two stores. The customer service is also top. One of their team Joseph noticed I was having some difficultly learning the app and proactively reached out to me to help configure my settings correctly!

They don't even want to close my account ??? QuickSinc has a great support platform and they helped me as much as they could to solve my problems with Etsy without success. This app is such a MAJOR time saver!!! I wish I had this a few years ago when I was trying to manage a Shopify site and Etsy. It is so much easier now!!! I synced all of my products in a matter of minutes and this would have taken me days!! Customer service is also top notch with any questions you may have.
