This app allowed me to move my shopify website over to Etsy seamlessly. Joseph Morris in Support was there with me every step of the way. He continued to check on me over several hours as i was pulled away from my computer repeatedly during the process. I have been wanting to have an etsy store and this made it very easy to set up with Joseph's help.

Their live-chat reply rate is beyond diabolical. I don't get companies charging customers yet not hiring enough reps on their live-chat. Its been horrendous and you can't even blame the person on the chat as they are one person spread between so many other customers. Already regretting installing them. DIABOLICAL.

My name is Jules Petroz I own a shop in geneva Switzerland and I have a website appleboutique.com for many years now, I had an account Etsy for many years, I never had any problems, a few month ago i used your application to import my products on Etsy and with no reason Etsy suspended my account, I have tried to contact Etsy so many times without success they don't even answer to me, could please investigate and maybe solve this problem ? I'm new to Etsy integrations and some of my products were not syncing among other things. One of their agents Joseph Morris was amazing! He helped me through the process and did everything for me that I did not know how to set up. Once again thanks for your amazing help.

Omar was okay at explaining the instructions overall, but he failed to mention at the beginning that products without SKUs wouldn't upload correctly. Because of this oversight, I was charged twice by Etsy, which could have been avoided with clearer guidance.
