I just downloaded the app maybe 1 day ago. Setup was super simple and the app was active in moments. I was able to personalize the widget to my brand and remove the company's brand from my website. A customer service rep reviewed my site, the functionality, and the cohesion of my brand to the widget. The rep even suggested an additional offer that I had not thought of and presented an article for even more ideas. It felt like a brief consultation, so I'm very pleased : )

First time user and need time to check all features. Shruti made the support easy 5 STARS. Theme compatibility check, Offer setup ect. App could have a little more speed saving the template but it ok as long as it runs stable. Time will tell.
