Fortunately, customer service was immediately available via chat. I think this is my second 5 star review and it is more than deserved. I use quantity breaks on my products and they just work. Easy to set up, all the customisations you need, and they just work. I set up a new one a couple of days ago and it didn't work, there was an issue being caused by a separate discount i had. I couldn't figure it out and it took a couple of days but pumpers customer service were super attentive, I always knew what was going on. And in the end they fixed the issue in about a day and a half. Everythings back to normal now and i can relax and let the store work. Thanks Pumper.
