The support has since contacted me about the issues I had with their sudden lack of communication and has been extremely helpful and responsive. They explained that they had a holiday along with a weekend. I hope they can send an auto-reply email next time so people don't think they disappeared. The app is extremely powerful in terms of customization and features. It is a little difficult to set up if you have a complex form that requires calculations and lookup tables, but that is what makes the app so great. They are very helpful in helping get set up. I'm still in the process of finishing my site, but they helped me get 95% working. I just need to do more work on my end and figure out the last 5%. Great app for the amount it can do and for the price.

Seemed liked it would solve my needs, but suddenly support disappeared. I built the main form but needed their help implementing the formulas. It’s easy to do the front end parts but the backend parts are a little difficult and confusing. Hard to accomplish complex forms without their support.

Great customer service and does what it sets out to do. This allows me to get rid of some of the custom coding for custom fields on the site. The POS addon is in beta and still needs a bit of polish, but they're responsive and I expect it to get better every release.
