He genuinely cares about helping people and it shows through all the features that he adds to the app to make it continuously evolve to greatness. Yoav was a great help in understanding the capabilities of the application and it works very well for our needs! It allows for easy updating of several fields for products and I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Yodel app has been extremely disappointing. The app has major flaws and software errors, which forced me to re-upload all my products and manually adjust them — even though Yodel promised a solution. After three days, there has been no response at all, and communication has gone completely silent. On top of that, they promised to extend my trial period, but that still hasn’t been implemented. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I cannot recommend Yodel at all.

He responded quickly, thoroughly investigated the situation, and ensured everything was restored—my product information is accurate again, and my subscription is back on track. I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism from the Yodel team. Challenges can happen with any platform, but how a company responds makes all the difference. Thanks to their swift and transparent support, I feel confident continuing to work with them and highly value the service they provide.

I have been using Yodel for almost two years without issue—until recently, when a major data overhaul introduced incorrect information that has nothing to do with my brand or product details. On top of that, my subscription was canceled without any notification to me or my team, and my fee has suddenly doubled from €50 to €100. This lack of communication and abrupt price increase is unacceptable. While I appreciate how useful the app can be for brands managing over 5,000 products, I expect this to be resolved promptly. Please restore my previous subscription and reach out to address these issues; I will keep this review in place until I hear from you.

this app is misleading and abosultly no support. They take your money and wont refund you. I request for a refund as the app does not deliver. I will not recommend this app to anyone. I want my full refund.

This app is a scam because they keep charging you even when we have canceled and deleted the app and uninstall the app from your Shopify store. They are not refunding the wrong payed amount back to you. Be careful and not download this app - don't use this app because you cannot cancel your subscription

Great App , saved me hours of manually writing product descriptions , or generating descriptions and chatgpt and then having to edit in the backend of my store. I love the fact that after generating descriptions it automatically replaces them . And after providing a bit of brand info descriptions are perfect. Would definitely recommend , i only wish there was more usage for the free tier.
