This app is a scam because they keep charging you even when we have canceled and deleted the app and uninstall the app from your Shopify store. They are not refunding the wrong payed amount back to you. Be careful and not download this app - don't use this app because you cannot cancel your subscription

Great App , saved me hours of manually writing product descriptions , or generating descriptions and chatgpt and then having to edit in the backend of my store. I love the fact that after generating descriptions it automatically replaces them . And after providing a bit of brand info descriptions are perfect. Would definitely recommend , i only wish there was more usage for the free tier.

Changing my review after using it for a week. Yes, it generates the description very easily, but it doesn't follow the instructions, like when we want something in bold or capital letters. It only does whatever is in its database. It also doesn't change fonts as per our need. If something needs to be fixed by developers, they should really intervene in it.

App worked for a few days then suddenly stopped. Chatted with support but never was ever resolved. They did give me a refund thought. Hit and miss app. Currently using Kubi AI.

Yodel is a great app, it allows you to create highly customized and precise product descriptions easily once you have tweaked the AI instructions to your liking. Customer support is very dedicated in ensuring that you succeed as a merchant. I can not recommend them enough.

Yodel by far has been the best app for me. We've used it across multiple stores, this being our 2nd time. We have a massive catalog and (don't be like us lol) we've reached the point where we just click and go because it hasn't ever let us down. We use this app mainly to rewrite our initial titles, descriptions, etc. to be more engaging and it hasn't failed us yet. It's a massive time saver, and our stores would be lesser without it. If we could give it 10 stars we would!

So far Yodel has come up with some great descriptions for my products. I can adapt them if I want etc but on the whole, I'm really pleased

Incredible result, One click goes to a full product description with all the details such as the number of words and then you can trickle this down to blog posts , support , seo desc, everything, this saves me so so much time. Very gratefl for this app, Honestly though, 100 "cookies" or "coins" is not enough for the free plan I suggest to the dev to add more. Other than that, the APP UI is a little small and hard to read, maybe a zoom button would help or fonts for bigger would help too. Thank ytou Yodel

Recently, I had an experience with Yodel that truly turned my initial disappointment into admiration. That really amazed me after I had some really poor experiences with a few companies and nobody contacted me to find a solution that could calm my concerns and exceed my expectations. I found it highly commendable in them how ready they were to listen and be flexible in response to my requests for more prompts, reflecting even a level of customer care not common in our contemporary fast-changing digital world. What I really like is the vast improvement in how the app works. No more stupid prompts or dialogs with no real meaning at all—now the app gets me just exactly what I need, and does so in a slick, user-friendly interface that really does make the whole process a snap. I must say, this app really transformed my experience from 'the most annoying thing ever' to 'utterly awesome.' It's definitely a product that is taking care of its users and really does have an intention of continual improvements. And now, with the alert and friendly assistance of the Yodel team, I get quality prompts that are relevant and full of sense, making my day colorfully done. I give this app 5* because it does exactly what it promises! Since my online shop has a lot of products and I wanted to edit them all at the same time, I downloaded the app. At first it didn't work. then I contacted customer support. These fixed my problem on a Sunday and I was able to finish everything. This app is absolute madness and the company is 100% recommended!

Useless and time-consuming, it generates nonunderstandable words within the content like this "🌟" or Chinese characters that I don't know why it comes. The support is not responsive. The points may be consumed, and the page loaded without any result.

Normally it would be a very useful app and time saver if it was not for the very slow support and the fact that it is a money eater. You get monthly tokens which you can use for every translation job. The problem is that the app deducts the tokens at the start of each job and if the job does not finish, for a number of reasons, the tokens are forever gone and you have to wait for next month to use the app again. The app itself gets stuck in the middle of a job and you have to reload and start from zero consuming more tokens, or the power may go down or the connection lost. In all these cases your tokens are gone. Finally the developer refunded the lost tokens and promised that the jamming due the the heavy load is now under control. In view of these the app gets its rightful 5 stars being one of the best in its field.

I am very pleased with this app. You can use it for your descriptions and even for writing anything you want because it has a writing assistant. Team is improving the app permantely and always there if a question occurs. Thank you very much. Highly Recommended.
