Great onboarding service. Dedicated account manager that consider your needs and help you with testing. Nice and easy interface in the portal. And it works as advertised.

We have tried many price comparison apps but this is by far the best app on the market. There are a few issues however the customer support team is brilliant at helping with navigating through these problems. Highly Recommended app!

The customer support from this company is second to none. Ercan has personally gone through the software from top to bottom, and unlike most companies, suggested the package that is actually right for us, rather than trying to sell us the most expensive version. By doing this it allows us to grow and upgrade when we actually need to and make it incredibly viable. We tried other price tracking software systems before and the function and capabilities of Prisync is a no brainer. We started using Prisync about 3 months ago after using a different app to help us monitor competitor prices. We have found the Prisync system is far more intuitive, more reliable and more advanced than the other system. But the big winner is the support. Ercan and the team were incredibly helpful whilst we trialled and set up the system with responses always within 24 hrs.
