This is THE BEST printing app on the app store. It is so flexible and supports so many customisations (such as displaying line item properties, metadata and locations) to make picking, packing and shipping products as seamless for colleagues as possible. The support team are quick to respond and always happy to help. I 100% recommend this app if you do any order printing at all in your workflow.

You can find better value out there. This app is often buggy, and the UI is not intuitive for everyday fulfillment. Setup will take way longer than you expect, and features are limited for the premium pricing they charge. Sadly, their customer support is also generally unhelpful and condescending. They use ChatGPT to respond and don’t seem to value our relationship

This app paired with packrooster is a big part of our fulfillment process. And has been for a while. The custom buttons are a staple and whenever help is needed, the support pulls through. Would recommend!

Great app! Printrooster has been a game changer for our order fulfillment process. The custom buttons allows us to easily filter and segment orders based on product variants, fulfillment location, shipping method and many more variables, enabling faster order processing and more efficient allocation of resources. Additionally, the ability to utilize various custom templates allows us to tailor our packing slips exactly to our preference and needs. The service from the support team has been brilliant and a huge help, any query or request we've made has been handled promptly.

This used to be a great app that worked perfectly for us, and it was a pleasure to work with the team on a couple of occasions we did need help. It looks as if they stopped updating the app over the last few months: does´t load correctly on the Shopify admin, which creates a lot of additional work. We have been seeing a Shopify API warning also over the last few months. The filters aren´t working. If they don´t want to update it they should at least try to sell it or discontinue the app. At least we can go elsewhere instead of paying the monthly fee. My last ticket went unanswered regarding the filters not working.

Great app and the Approoster teams provides great support! We ship orders globally, which requires multiple different order handling processes, depending on the destination. Printrooster has made these processes easier.

We've been using Approosters' apps Printrooster and Packrooster for about 2yrs, and could not be happier. They have the best support and everything simply works. I know already that it's possible to update the configurations of the apps in the future, to support more orders and better workflow, etc.
